1.3. Use of some services is possible only upon registration. Registration is carried out in person, and it is not allowed to register on behalf of other persons. When registering, you must fill in the required fields in the registration form (name, email address, etc.).). you declare that you meet the requirements of clause 1.2.

1.4. You commit to providing correct, complete and relevant data when registering and supporting them. In case of inaccuracies, you have no right to use services before removal.

1.5. You are responsible for all actions performed through your account using your username and password. You commit to report joffer.info immediately in the event of unauthorized access to your account or the likelihood of such an event.

2. Conclusion of an agreement

3. Use of services and content on the site


3.1. The website allows you to publish job Postings from Employers/Agencies. Ads and their content are entirely the responsibility of the Employer from whom they are published. When applying for a job (sending a resume) your personal data is automatically transferred to the Employer's account / profile in joffer.info when placing an ad about working with an external link, the application is submitted to an external site/e-mail, for which Joffer.info is not responsible.

Only you decide which vacancies and which employers you send your applications to. To do this, before sending your resume, we recommend that you carefully read the terms of work and, if necessary, request from the employer or find additional information about the job or company (employer) on our website, and in other places.

3.2. Joffer.info is not an intermediary and does not participate in any way in the selection of Candidates or subsequent communication and negotiation of terms between the parties. Decisions about what information to send, what contractual relationships you want to enter into, and under what conditions you are fully responsible for yourself. Joffer.info is not a party to this relationship, and for this reason, if you believe that the Employer does not comply with the agreed conditions and / or its actions do not comply with the law, you must notify the competent state authorities, whose competence and authority is to conduct appropriate checks and take measures against the Employer.
 

3.3. Prohibited to use in any way, copy, modify or distribute content that does not belong to you, for purposes other than or incompatible with the use of the site's services, without explicit prior written consent joffer.info and / or relevant third parties.

3.4. Published contacts of Employers and/or their representatives may be used exclusively for their intended purpose, namely in connection with the application / request for published vacancies. You agree not to use these contacts in any other way.

3.5. You agree not to disrupt the normal operation of technical or software applications and computer systems joffer.info or users of the Site through unfair actions.

4.1. The website allows you to create and / or post a CV, files, announcements of Freelance services. You can send your CV and contact information, at your discretion, to Employers based on their published job or internship ads.

4.3. You guarantee that you have the right to use the content that you store in your account or send to others through our site, and that it does not contradict these terms or applicable law. 4.4. Information that you store in your account, send to others through the site, publish in ads may not contain:
(a) advertising content of other companies/firms, products that are not related to job search or Freelance services;
(b) content that violates or does not respect the rights or legitimate interests of third parties, including fundamental human rights, intellectual property rights, etc.;
(C) information with illegal, discriminatory, offensive, threatening, defamatory, hateful or obscene (erotic) content, as well as one that may embarrass, offend, offend a
third party or reveal a secret protected by law.

6. Changes to terms and conditions


6.1. Joffer.info reserves the right to add new Services, change or delete existing Services without prior notice.

6.2. These Terms and conditions may be changed in connection with the development, addition of new services, modification or termination of services, or legislative changes. If you make changes, they will be published here.

6.3. Since the services can only be used in accordance with the actual terms and conditions, if you do not agree to the changes, we will not be able to provide you with the services on the site further. 7.2. The contract is concluded in Bulgarian language. Disputes under these conditions will be resolved by a competent Bulgarian court.

This means that resumes can be copied, collected, and used by third parties who are not authorized to use them. joffer.info doesn't control it. Some of them are employers, employment agencies, and others.such data may also be located outside the territory of the European economic area and may not have equivalent protection under European law against possible misuse of personal data.
 

Only the Employer user registered on the site can have access to the contact details of the resume, except for the case when the Candidate has placed their contact details in the public domain in the text of the resume ad. And in cases of access to the resume by the Employer in the country / European economic area and / or outside of it, with the voluntary consent and / or sending the resume by the Candidate himself through the contact form of the site, at his own risk, under his own responsibility.
