How to set up Zoom to work

Interface for the desktop version

After launching the desktop version of Zoom, you will be taken to the main page of the service.

Pre-configuring the service

To make it easier to work with Zoom, set the settings that will apply to all conferences.

General settings

The settings window opens on the General tab. Check the box next to the item "Start Zoom when Windows starts up" — then the program will open immediately when you turn on the computer.



If you plan to regularly organize and participate in conferences, check the box next to "Remind me of an upcoming conference in 5 minutes". Specify the time for which the system should notify you about the event.

Video

The success of the conference largely depends on the quality of video communication. Follow these steps to configure the video::


	Select the camera and screen aspect ratio. If you have two cameras connected, specify which one to use during the broadcast — the built-in camera on your phone/laptop or the external one. Set up a wide-screen broadcast mode to improve the visibility and range of the image.

Sound

Contacts

How to set up a conference in Zoom

Log in to the conference

You can also create a conference using another method in the desktop program. To do this, click on "conference" in the upper menu bar. In the window that opens, click "Start".



Setting up an audio conference

After you click on the "New conference" sign, the system starts the conference with video and audio by default. The toolbar is located at the bottom of the screen. If you want to disable video mode, click "Stop video".





Before starting an audio conference, make sure that the speakers and microphone are connected. To avoid problems during the conference, check the audio quality.

Managing conference participants

Invite participants to the conference. To do this, select "Manage members"on the toolbar.

Selected participants will receive an access link to the conference via email or in the app.

Setting up session halls

How to do it:


	Log in to your merchant profile on the site zoom.us.
	Select "Settings", open the" Conference "tab — the item"in conference (advanced)".
	In the list of advanced settings, find the "Session halls" option, activate it and allow organizers to assign participants to session halls.




Save your changes and go to the conference — the "Session halls" option will appear on the toolbar.



To add participants, click on "Session halls". Create the required number of halls and divide participants into halls automatically or manually.

The window that opens displays all open pages and programs on your computer.

If you want to draw diagrams or write down reference points during the report, click on the message Board.



The following tools are available on the message Board: drawing, text, eraser, tracking (the cursor turns into a tracking tool or arrow), format (changing comment settings), and so on.



Enable additional options:


	Sharing computer audio. This option assumes that any audio that comes from your computer will be shared in the conference. To enable this option, select the check box next to the "computer audio Sharing" option.

How to schedule a conference

To schedule a conference, follow these steps:


	Specify the conference topic.

	Configure the video image. To conduct a video conference, turn on the video image for yourself and the participants.

After completing the settings, click the "Schedule"button.


Don&rsquo;t forget to send invitations to conference participants — they are generated automatically by the system after you click "Schedule". All that remains is to copy the invitation and send it to the participants by mail or via Zoom.

5) Configure course live class schedule
The course you have set the live class for, go to the settings of that course.
Navigate to the leftmost tab “Live class”.
Enter your planned schedule ( date and time both ) and note to students about the class.
Now copy the zoom meeting id, the password you got from the previous step and enter those
values in this form and update the course.

The live class schedule and note you have saved will be shown to course students from their
course playing page.
6) Operate live video class
Once you have completed all those previous steps, you are now ready to start your live class.
You need to start the meeting from your zoom app before the schedule is announced to your
students.
In the course playing page, a student will be able to join the live class by clicking the “join live
video class” button.

Публикуване на обяви е възможно само след Регистрация в сайта Joffer.info. Регистрацията се извършва лично, като не се допуска извършване на регистрация от името на други лица. При регистрация се изисква да попълните задължителните полета маркирани с * в регистрационната форма (име, имейл адрес и др.).

Сайтът дава възможност за публикуване на обяви за Freelance услуги / проекти от Физически лица (Тип Потребител "Кандидат"). Обявите и тяхното съдържание са изцяло отговорност на Потребител, от който са публикувани.

Joffer.info дава възможност за редактиране на обяви след тяхното публикуване при спазване на определни условия, имащи за цел да подсигурят надеждността на услугата за потребителите.
Функцията редактиране на публикувани обяви е предназначена за нанасяне на корекции, при необходимост, чрез Профила ви в секция "Моите обяви".
Обявите са с продължителност от 60 до 90 дни.

Възможните видове обяви са: Standard обява, Premium обява и Видео обява или изберете Мулти-Пакет - Пакетите дават възможност за публикуване комбинирани обяви със отстъпка.

Заплащането на услугите предоставяни от joffer.info (" Job-offer Info ") се извършва по един от следните начини:

Платени Услугите се заплащат на ЕООД „ГугоЛет Клаб“ ЕИК 205124160
Предплатени пакети и услуги могат да се плащат Директно или със Заредени кредити Pay-Кредити в Акаунта ви (цени за пакети и услуги:1 лв - 1 кредит):

► Bank Transfer Payment - по банков път;
► Stripe - онлайн плащане с кредитна/дебитна карта, Visa, MasterCard


► Pay-Кредити - вътрешната платежна система на Joffer.info - онлайн функцията за плащане със заредени кредити в Акаунта си. Можете да попълните кредити след закупуването на един от "Кредитния пакет" в секция "Моите кредити". Кредитите са валидни и достъпни за плащане във вашия профил безлимитно от датата на закупуване на Пакета и зареждане на кредити в Акаунта ви. При закупуване на кредитен пакет получавате още бонусни кредити.

Кредити - е вътрешната валута за плащане на Joffer.info - 1 кредит = 1 лв.

След закупуването на "Пакет с кредити" можете да платите с кредити за различни услуги/обяви поотделно или за Multi-Пакет (видове на пакети можете да видите в профила си секция "Моите пакети")

Как да получите фактура за плащане:
1. Изберете един от "Multi-Пакет", услугата за подсилване на обява ("Преместване нагоре", "Маркиране СПЕШНО") или платен тип на обява (Premium, Видео) поотделно, като и за зареждане на кредити един от "Пакет Кредити".
2. Внимание! Изберете един от начините на плащане: директно (Bank Transfer Payment или Stripe) или със заредени кредити чрез вътрешната платежна система "Pay-Кредити"  *ако имате необходимата сума на наличните кредити в Акаунта си.
3. Попълнете всички задължителни полета със *, за да оформите правилно фактурата.
4. Фактура се зарежда в Профила в секция "Моите Фактури"
5. След получаване на плащането от Вас (потвърждаване на транзакцията) статус на вашата фактура ще бъде променено на "Платено" и услугата/пакетът ще бъде активирани автоматично.

ВНИМАНИЕ! Поръчки могат да бъдат направени единствено в сайта, от самите Вас, само през Вашия акаунт в сайта, като фактурите се издават във Вашия акаунт.
